FITC Seoul – A one whole day event that brought many of the world’s top designer and developers together. Among the presenters were Erik Natzke, Richard Galvan, Kyle Cooper, Joshua Davis, Euna Seoul, Ralph Hauwert and Marcos Weskemp. 14th October 2008, COEX Auditorium, Gangnam-gu. Seoul Its taking me a long time to post about this event, but I have just been too busy with work and projects lately. Before my memory of it deteriorates (not that it wasn’t memorable), here goes… Richard Galvan, the first to present describes Adobe’s direction for the future and along the way introduced the new Flash CS4 and its new functionalities. Euna Seoul was my favourite presenter that day. Her storytelling process was inspiring and innovative. Above, Euna Seoul shows how Nike’s Park Ji-Sung add campaign was develop from ideas to production. I would say that Joshua Davis won the best presenter on that day. Since I’ve moved out this blog from my own custom Content Managment System(CMS) to WordPress, I’ve been getting more visitors than usual. Looking from the Google Analytics data of this site, the new visitors are coming from Google search – which I believe mostly due to the WordPress being Search Engine Optimization(SEO) friendly and also the SEO plugin I’ve manually installed. Just upgraded my hosting to a better one – it seems that it has become necessary when you have a few websites to manage these days. Below are the new services available: Perl w/FASTCGI Python CGI Java Ruby CGI Ruby on Rails w/FASTCGI In addition: Extra mySql database Multiple website 150 GB of Disk Space with 1500 GB of Bandwidth 6 years ago, Its was impossible for me to get these upgrades.
